fbajaa Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fbajaa ("fbajaa", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the fbajaa website, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

fbajaa is an online casino and sports betting platform operated exclusively for the Bangladesh market. All services are provided in English. All account balances and transaction amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). These Terms apply to all users regardless of the device or browser used to access the platform.

1.2 fbajaa reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by fbajaa may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance held.

1.3 Registration is limited to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. fbajaa employs automated and manual monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fbajaa reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any related transactions, bonuses, and winnings without prior notice.

1.4 You must not register or use fbajaa on behalf of any third party. Account sharing, account transfer, and the sale or purchase of fbajaa accounts are strictly prohibited.

2.2 You must notify fbajaa immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. fbajaa may suspend your account as a precautionary measure pending investigation.

2.3 fbajaa reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, or any other activity that fbajaa considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

2.4 Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not closed due to breach of these Terms), any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

3.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred Bangladeshi Taka). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players who have completed full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be eligible for elevated deposit and withdrawal limits.

3.3 Withdrawal requests are processed once account verification is complete. fbajaa targets a withdrawal processing time of 10–30 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times for bank transfer withdrawals may vary. fbajaa reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

3.4 fbajaa does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. fbajaa is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

3.5 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account bearing the same name as the registered fbajaa account. fbajaa will not process withdrawals to accounts in a different name under any circumstances.

4.2 Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.

4.3 Only one welcome bonus is available per new player. A player who has previously registered a fbajaa account and subsequently opens a new account to claim a welcome bonus again is considered to be in breach of these Terms, and any bonus claimed under such circumstances will be voided.

4.4 fbajaa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been credited to a player's account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply.

4.5 Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts and hold no cash value until all associated wagering requirements have been satisfied.

5.2 Sports betting markets are governed by fbajaa's sport-specific rules, which are available within the betting interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable rules for that market.

5.3 fbajaa reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed; (b) there was a clear and demonstrable pricing error; (c) the event was cancelled, abandoned, or did not proceed as scheduled; or (d) fbajaa has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed as part of collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of fraudulent activity.

5.4 In-play bets accepted after a material event has occurred (e.g., a goal scored in football, a wicket fallen in cricket) but before the platform has updated its odds will be voided. This applies even if the bet was technically accepted by the system.

5.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the respective game or betting interface and may be adjusted by fbajaa at its discretion.

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a way not permitted by fbajaa.
2. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known technical error are not payable and will be reversed.
3. Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in sporting events on which fbajaa offers betting markets.
4. Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other game where player interaction affects outcomes.
5. Using the fbajaa platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. fbajaa is required by its compliance obligations to report suspicious transactions to competent authorities.
6. Abusing the fbajaa bonus system, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, using VPN or proxy services to bypass geographic or account restrictions, or coordinating with other players to hedge bonuses across accounts.
7. Threatening, harassing, or abusing fbajaa staff or other players through any communication channel.

8.2 fbajaa's total liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time the claim arises. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

8.3 fbajaa does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary unavailability. fbajaa will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during downtime.

10.2 fbajaa enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Players who are under 21 years of age must not register or attempt to access the platform. If fbajaa becomes aware that a player under the age of 21 has registered, the account will be immediately suspended, all transactions will be voided, and the matter will be escalated in accordance with our child protection obligations.

12.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, you and fbajaa agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other avenue. Nothing in this clause limits fbajaa's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.
